Hey there!

I’m Teal, proud wife and mother of two unbelievably sweet and mischievous boys who love to sleep. They go down easily for naps, are excited about bedtime, and sleep soundly through the night. The infant and baby stage is filled with lots of growth and developmental changes. This 1:1 coaching package is ideal for tackling independent sleep, establishing appropriate nap schedules, weaning nighttime feeds, managing sleep regressions, and much more. It helps create consistent routines that encourage healthy sleep for everyone. Your little one will be sleeping 11-12 hours through the night in less than 2 weeks!

2.5-5 Years

The toddler and preschool stage is filled with transitions, big emotions, and the desire for independence. Sleep during this stage often comes with unique challenges - bedtime battles, night wakings, nightmares, early wake-ups, and the transition to a big bed. This 1:1 coaching package helps you tackle these issues with strategies specific for this active and independent stage, and achieve 10-12 hours of sleep in less than 2 weeks!
