Refund Policy
Roots of Reverie provides refunds under limited circumstances due to the custom and individualized nature of the sleep packages and services. The refund depends on the chosen service and the time in which the request for cancellation or refund was made. Below outlines the refund policy per service.
Support Call
A full refund (minus the payment processing fees) may be requested within 3 business days of purchase date if the Support Call has not been conducted. The request for a refund must be made in writing and sent to support@rootsofreverie.com. If 3 business days have passed or the Support Call has been conducted, no refund will be provided.
Sleep Packages
A full refund (minus the payment processing fees) may be requested within 3 business days of purchase date if the Intake Form has not been completed and submitted by the client. The request for a refund must be made in writing and sent to support@rootsofreverie.com. If 3 business days have passed or the Intake Form has been completed and submitted by the client, no refund will be provided.
Guides
No refund will be provided for purchased guides due to the immediate access of information and support.
